Securing a reservation with
GEMPIRE Holistic Hair Company 

When securing a reservation with GEMPIRE  HHC, a credit card is required to be kept on file. This info helps Gabrielle in keeping her guests safe with touch-less transactions as well as ensures coverage when a last minute cancellation arises. 

For all New Clients, GEMPIRE HHC requires a 50% deposit to secure your reservation. This will be credited towards your first visit. If you cancel within 48 hours, no call, or no-show, your 50% deposit will be retained along with the remaining balance. 

Cancellation Policy

If you do not call, do not show, or cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you are responsible for 100% of the service amount before we can proceed with any future reservations together. By placing a card on file and reserving time with GEMPIRE Holistic Hair Company, you are agreeing to these terms. GEMPIRE Holistic Hair Company will use the card you have provided on file to complete this transaction.

Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable. However, should you have questions or concerns about the service you have received with GEMPIRE Holistic Hair Company- please notify Gabrielle within two days of your service. 

The service must be a mistake from the service provider.  You may not request a redo if you’ve changed your mind about the color or services we had agreed upon in our consultation.  In the unlikely case of a disagreement, Gabrielle will review all texts, pictures, and video footage and decide on the best course of action. You have 48 hours to contact GEMPIRE Holistic Hair Company to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction.  Corrective services WILL NOT be allowed 5 days past initial service date.

It is of utmost importance that you contact GEMPIRE Holistic Hair Company as soon as you are unhappy. It’s imperative that we schedule you as soon as possible to accommodate your correction. 

PLEASE REMEMBER: When using box color or going from a darker hair color to a lighter hair color (or vice versa) it will take TIME to correct. This will likely result in multiple sessions to achieve your desired result; because of this, color adjustments do not apply to corrective color appointments. Gabrielle will not promise perfection in a single session. When there is a foreign color agent (chemical) on your hair, such as box color, it is best to proceed with caution and keep your hair in the absolute best health.

Right to Refuse Service

GEMPIRE Holistic Hair Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior.

Return Policy

GEMPIRE Holistic Hair Company is happy to accept returns on any retail products within 7 days of purchase. This goes for in-studio and through my online store. No cash value will be provided, rather an in studio credit or swap will be offered.

For health and safety reasons -during Covid-19- GEMPIRE Holistic Hair Company has suspended all product returns & exchanges at this time. 
 

All retail sales are final. Thank you for understanding.

Late Policy

Please be conscious of your time and courteous of Gabrielle and her other guests. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will reschedule. Half of the service total will be owed at that time to hold your future reservation.

Head Lice

It is against GEMPIRE Holistic Hair Company Policy to perform services on clients with head lice. If a client has been diagnosed with head lice before/ during a service, Gabrielle WILL NOT start/ complete the service. Gabrielle will contact you about rescheduling your appointment. For the safely of Gabrielle and her other guests, proper sanitation protocol must happen in a timely manner. We will look at our future together once at-home hair care has been properly executed.
